One in three people will have a cancer diagnosis during their lifetime. Waikato/Bay of Plenty Cancer Society aims to improve community wellbeing by reducing the impact and incidence of cancer.

We provide services in four main areas:

• quality support services for people living with cancer

• education and health promotion programmes to promote early detection and reduce the risk of cancer

• accessible and credible information

• support for cancer research
